This varied and accessible practice, once referred to as “Mixed Levels Yoga”, is for the bold and enthusiastic, and the novice stepping out to explore mindful movement, body awareness and simple breathing practices. Yoga for Life! explores how to use simple poses ON the mat in our daily lives OFF the mat!!

This session is open to everyone wishing to walk and live with grace and ease.
