A Nine Week Series with Jerome Acosta

Saturdays 11am – 12noon
February 3 – March 30 (9 weeks)

Strength, balance, and recovery all play important roles in our overall health and well-being. This 9 week Self Care program is built around the latest neurofascial science and connective tissue health. We will use the Melt soft foam roller and therapy balls to rehydrate fascia, which is the supportive connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, organ, bone, blood vessel, and nerve fiber in your body. Repetitive movement and daily living causes the dehydration that can lead to things like back pain, joint pain, tension, headaches, and all kinds of instability.

We will incorporate Melt Neurostrength techniques using body weight and resistance bands to increase neurological control and overall balance. This clinically tested and proven approach heightens the recovery and relaxation response of our nervous system. At the conclusion of each session we will incorporate easy to follow breathing techniques, facilitating deeper integration and lasting change.
