We welcome drop-ins to our classes where space permits. A quick email to the teacher of the class of your choice will outline class payments and protocols.

Vinyasa Flow with Simone Artz on Thursdays from 9.30am – 10.30am. Class begins with intention setting and meditation followed by a 45 minute mindful vinyasa practice.
Join Celeste every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday for mixed levels yoga. A multi-level session for the enthusiastic and for the novice.
Join Li Mei for Creative Vinyasa, Mondays 5.00pm – 6.00pm for a slow flow practice that focuses on fluid form, embodiment and moving meditation.
