Barre and Release with Tanja:
A gentle, Level 1 barre class designed to stretch, strengthen, and restore. You’ll move through foundational barre exercises that support posture, balance, and alignment, followed by restorative stretching to release tension and lengthen the muscles. Light core work helps build stability, and class ends with calming breathwork to de-stress and reset. Ideal for beginners or anyone seeking mindful movement and a sense of ease in the body.
All levels Capoeira with Piet:
A playful and vigorous regional (hey-joh-nal) Capoeira class, focused on playfulness, energy and skill. Whether it is your first time or you tried it once and loved it, or you have been practicing for years, this capoeira class meets all levels of experience. Runs 1.5 hrs of stretching and warmup, then rigorous training and play, ending with a roda (hoda). The class runs with traditional capoeira music throughout.
Kundalini Yoga Dance Fusion with Annabelle:
Kundalini Yoga Dance Fusion class for all levels, beginners are welcome. This class is Annabelle’s own fusion of Hatha to stretch, Kundalini to harness internal energy, Dance to release it, and a lovely restorative wind down so you can bliss your way back into the world. The class is very cathartic. Let’s work those issues out of our tissues!! Every class is always accompanied by intentionally designed playlists to build the energy up and bring it down to help us float out of the class.
