Pilates Classes

Luna is a BASI Mat Pilates Certified instructor, and focuses on building strength in the body through correct alignment and repetition of exercises proven over the past century (Joseph Pilates created these exercises in the 1920’s!!) to hone strength and conditioning. A yogi for the past 30 years, Luna only discovered pilates back in 2021 when her physiotherapist in England started teaching it at her studio. She was strong, but felt that her core needed attention after having her two children. She also always struggled to feel capable of running long distances uphill. Since regularly practicing pilates, her low back pain is gone, her core sports a post-two baby six pack, and her hamstrings and glutes help her run effortlessly uphill! Each and every week, there is still an exercise where she finds noticeable improvement, and so she is always telling her clients,
