Ganges Yoga Studio hosts sound baths as part of its regular schedule, and also has special performers as and when, please check the event schedule for those impromptu events.

As for the scheduled sound baths, Ganges Yoga Studio is lucky to have Adam Huber playing every second Friday. Adam plays a family of seven large crystal bowls, tuned to each of the chakras. He harmonically tones with the bowls, leading to an intensely relaxing experience, which is also able to clear stagnant, negative energy from the body and energy fields.

Luna also holds regular sound baths on the Pagan Sabbats, the eight seasonal festivals which honour Mother Nature’s cycles. Luna plays Adam’s amazing family of bowls, as well as her Earth Drum, Ocean Drum, wah wah stick, and koshi chimes. She leads you into the sound bath through a meditation linked to the Sabbat which the sound bath is in honour of.
