A 3-part workshop to help you understand chronic pain; see how chronic pain may be connected to emotions; and learn practical methods for feeling better – in mind, body, and soul.

- Receive information about chronic pain
- Do some inward exploration via writing exercises and group discussions
- Try guided meditations
- Do guided breathwork exercises
There will be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 participants.

Diana has suffered chronic pain most of her adult life. It is only recently that she found relief by going inwards to discover the connection between physical and emotional pain. She is determined to help fellow sufferers learn practical methods to feel less frustrated, depressed, limited – or whatever effect chronic pain is having on them – and get back to doing what they love.
